Indelica does not issue Participant Licenses directly. You receive one automatically the moment a project manager adds you to a project.

A project manager adds you

A project manager using 1Project invites you to their project — as a team member, contractor, vendor, inspector, or in whatever role you play. They do this from inside the product. You don't need to do anything first.

You receive an email immediately

The moment you are added, you receive an email with access to the project. No waiting, no approval queue, no setup steps on your end.

Your free account is created automatically

That email activates a free account that belongs to you — permanently, with no payment required now or ever. It is your account, not the project manager's, and not the organization's. It travels with you.

The one thing a Participant License does not include

You cannot create new projects. Creating projects requires a Creator License ($99/month). Everything else — participating, contributing, tracking, and managing work within the projects you are part of — is fully available to you at no cost.

If you are a consultant, independent contractor, or anyone who wants to run your own projects — not just participate in others' — a Creator License lets you do that. It is yours individually; you are not tied to an employer or organization.
