AI = Human
One licensing system — for people and AI agents alike
The two licenses above apply to every teammate, human or AI. An AI agent participating in your projects is free, exactly like a person. An AI agent that creates projects needs a Creator License, exactly like a person. We think a workforce of people and AI should live under one set of rules — so we priced it that way.
One honest cost note: AI teammates run on Anthropic's Claude — a deliberate choice — and their model usage is metered, like electricity. That usage is yours: bring an Anthropic API account or a Claude subscription (often the cheaper path), and we can set up and manage the purchase on your behalf if you'd rather not deal with it. The license covers the teammate; the thinking is metered. No "AI credits" upsell, no margin games on tokens.
The Forever Project
"Your subscription ends. Your projects stay."
If your Creator License subscription expires, your account and all your projects remain fully accessible — they are never deleted or taken away. Your projects become read-only: you can view everything, but you cannot create new projects, add work items, upload attachments, or modify project content. You can always delete a project, even without an active subscription — it's your data and you decide what happens to it.
Reactivate your subscription at any time and your projects are immediately editable again, exactly as you left them.
And the participants you invite are never second-class. Within the projects they're invited to, free participants get the same features a Creator does — nothing is gated behind a paywall, an upgrade, or a "guest" tier. The single capability reserved to a project's owner is deleting the project itself, because the project is theirs to keep or remove — not a feature anyone pays for.

Why this model is different
Every major PM competitor charges per user. Indelica 1Project™ charges per Creator — the people who actually build and manage projects. That distinction makes no sense for traditional SaaS metrics but enormous sense for hospitals, where the vast majority of project participants are clinicians, contractors, and vendors who don't run projects.
The Creator distinction
A Creator License is held by someone with authority to create projects: hospital project managers, PMO staff, IT directors managing implementations. In a 200-bed community hospital, that's typically 15–25 people.
Everyone else — nurses, technicians, contractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, inspectors, regulators, legal counsel — participates in projects for free. They have full access within the projects they're invited to.
What "one feature tier" means in practice
A Creator License holder gets: project creation, PHI handling, AI project assistant, advanced reporting, CAB governance tooling, healthcare templates, baselines, resource management, public API access, and everything else in the product. There is no higher tier to unlock these. There is no "AI add-on." There is no separate "Compliance" module. One license, everything.
Predictable renewal, in writing
Annual price increases are capped at agreed rates — typically CPI or a fixed percentage. No features will be gated behind a tier that doesn't exist today. No AI sold separately at renewal. No data held hostage at termination. These are contractual commitments, not marketing claims.
Common questions
Who counts as a Creator?
People who create projects — hospital project managers, PMO directors, IT program leads. People who participate in projects but don't create them (clinicians, contractors, vendors, inspectors) are free participants.
Can we auto-assign Creator Licenses without a procurement bottleneck?
Yes. You can configure auto-assignment up to a ceiling. New project managers get licensed automatically within your defined limit. Admins are notified. Costs stay controlled.
What if a consultant has a Creator License of their own?
An independent consultant can hold an Individual Professional license ($99/month, their own cost) that travels with them across all engagements. Your hospital doesn't need to grant them a seat from your pool. Their license is theirs; your license pool is yours.
Is the on-premises deployment option more expensive?
The per-Creator License price is the same regardless of deployment mode. On-premises customers pay for professional services for initial setup and integration, but the recurring license cost is the same as cloud customers.
What does an AI teammate cost?
The same as a human teammate: free to participate in projects, $99/month for a Creator License if it creates them. Separately, AI agents run on Anthropic's Claude, and that model usage is billed by Anthropic, not marked up by us — you bring an API account or a Claude subscription, or we can manage the purchase for you.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. A Business Associate Agreement is standard and signed before any PHI is stored in the system. See our Security page for details on our compliance posture.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your account and all your projects stay — permanently. When your subscription ends, your projects become read-only: you can view everything, export your data, and delete projects at any time, but you cannot create or modify project content without an active subscription. Nothing is deleted. Nothing is held hostage. Reactivate at any time and your projects are immediately editable again, exactly as you left them. This is The Forever Project — your subscription ends, your projects stay.
